He was always around, always helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and well taken care of. From helpful advice to thoughtful little gestures, it was clear he truly cares about his guests :) And as a lovely bonus, his sweet and friendly dog added so much character and warmth to the place & made it feel even more like a home away from home. Location was good for me, as I was attending an event at a fancy hotel within walking distance plus there are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The place is easy to reach with public transport (subway) from the airport but requires some walking, so if you have big suitcases, it might be slightly challenging.

Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a concierge service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The guest house features family rooms. The hostel architecture is very nice and the rooms are comfortable. It has a rock climbing wall and a separate bar and restaurant which is awesome and very lively. Definitely recommended if you don't mind meeting new people, some music and having a good time. Felipe, the receptionist was very nice and a great person to talk with.

The room is very large and also has use of a kitchen and lounge with large screen TV shared with another room on the same floor. We never worked out how to get the TV to work but everything else was excellent. The hotel is in an excellent position in the centre of the old town surrounded by bars, restaurants and cultural sites. We used Uber drivers and they found the hotel easily. I imagine car rental is a nightmare due to lack of parking space and busy traffic around the old town. Air conditioning worked well.
