Room was basic but very clean, we could get hot water, tea and drinking water at any time. Could store out luggage there without any additional cost. Quiet surroundings and extremely good value for money.

The accommodation features luggage storage space, private check-in and check-out and organising tours for guests. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Gave me expert advice on how to visit nearby Reserva Nacional de Paracas. Also, recommendations on restaurants in Pisco, plus detailed advice on how to return to Lima using local transport (including how much to pay for taxis.) Great location near the Plaza de Armas. Wonderful breakfast every morning.

This property has an excellent location within Huacachina, slightly removed from the central area, but given the size of the oasis, you're no more than 5 mins walk from anywhere! The pool is an absolute must for the gorgeous weather and the facilities in that regard do not disappoint. The staff were excellent, with perfect English, and they were both helpful and informative to any queries we had. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Our only regret was not staying longer!

At the guest house, each unit has bed linen and towels. We are so glad we chose to stay in La Familia for our short trip to Nasca. From the beginning, owners Luis and Cynthia were extremely proactive in helping us with booking our trip to see the Nasca lines, offered lots of options for additional excursions around Nasca, and also provided us with transport during our stay. The hotel was even better than in the photos, spacious, well-decorated, and spotlessly clean. Our bedroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable, while the bathroom was also spotless and extremely modern. We had a good breakfast at the hotel, and the coffee was excellent. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main square in Nasca, and about 15 minutes from Nasca's main street which has plenty of restaurant options. We felt perfectly safe during our stay and had no issues with the location of the hotel. I don't know if we'll get to return to Nasca in the future, but if we do, we would absolutely stay at La Familia again. An additional bonus was their extremely cute dog!
