They even prepared my free breakfast by 3AM as I need to meet the joiner van going to Gigantes island for a day tour. All staffs including security guard are very nice and accommodating answering all my questions how to roam around the city via local transport. I’ve even got a pleasant talk with Kuya guard as he used to work in Manila and know my town. Although I’ve experienced a small issue with my Wi-fi (I’m staying at 5th flr.) which was resolved quickly after a technical reboot. They also have a family room to accommodate big groups so I think this hotel can cater different types of group. Before I forgot, my room was upgraded to double deluxe without any charge so I am very happy with that. Thank you!

The gentlemen at the bar even brought down a fresh coconut for me to drink. It was beautifully displayed. Food was outstanding! The layout of the grounds and design of the pool and rooms take advantage of the beachfront view. Simply stellar! Stellar in service, food and beautiful room/grounds.
