The room decor was maybe a little dated but this was a very reasonably priced stay. Really nice bar which had a great atmosphere and warm, good service.

The property was spotlessly clean even though it did not appear to be a space that would easy to keep clean. The owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very much at home. Our stay at The Boathouse was definitely the highlight of our holiday in upstate New York and New England and we would strongly recommend it. While it was certainly not cheap, it was nevertheless good value for money, in our opinion. The property is, as its name implies, directly on the Lake with excellent views. It is in easy walking distance of the restaurants in the Sagamore Hotel and in Bolton Landing.

The Room was very roomy, & comfortable. Beds were super comfy. and it'a right in town.- walkable. Lake Crest owns & runs a great breakfast cafe right out front. Owners very friendly. A 10 out of 10.
