The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the temperature control was easy to use and managed temperature well. The bathroom was spacious and contained a large shower. The room was bright when you wanted the light, with windows facing two different directions, and dark when you wanted to close things up. We loved the "old world" feel and charm of the common area as well as the room itself. We never actually did a face to face with the staff but check-in and check-out was super easy with excellent instructions for access. Paula provided excellent communications and responded immediately by text whenever we checked with her.
