Our flight was late arriving and Gerda accommodated the arrival time, had an excellent transfer arranged for us and when our luggage did not arrive with us had a toothbrush, toothpaste for us. The room was well appointed and was serviced daily, we enjoyed having fresh towels and a neatly made bed every day.
