Day time staff member was informative, friendly and helped me by always been 1 step ahead. She was also genuinely friendly I felt like I was dealing with US a grade customer service in Florida. So refreshing to have that here.

It felt very secure and the swimming pool was private and well maintained, as are the gardens. You never felt too close to other guests and the interior decoration inspiring. Bruno went out of his way beyond expectations to accommodate us and be helpful. A gem we have found and will always return.
