First and foremost, the people! Meem and Jeff are such generous and warm individuals. They are the perfect hosts to a homestay. From the moment I walked into their tranquil garden, I could tell that they've taken meticulous care of their home - yes, a home, because they did not use the word "homestay" slightly. They provided all kinds of amenities to help make our travel easier, from the use of a motorcycle, to directions to all nearby attractions and a ride to the airport (we truly appreciate this)! The photos don't do this place justice. Next time we come back, it won't be just for a stopover, but a longer stay to soak in everything this place has to offer.

This is a magical place, very central and at the same time very secluded, located along the river, with wonderful views and many peaceful spot to sit and relax.
The room is very big and impeccably decorated, the bathroom the best I’ve had in a month here, and the welcome superb. It’s one of these places you simply don’t want to leave.

Absolutely beautiful- The room itself is a stand-alone house that is new, pristinely clean, the bed is big and comfortable and it’s just beautifully designed
The property is quiet and the rice paddy is surrounded by coconut palms and banana trees with lots of sounds of nature.
The breakfast is always delicious - we were a Thai couple it was a Thai breakfast and they sourced some ingredients from the garden.
The owner is a professor of agriculture and it shows. They practice natural/organic farming.
There are ducks in the back so if you have a little one the fish in the paddy, the ducks and the open space is delightful.
The mother is the owner was on property and she was a sweetheart, a former teacher herself:
This is a gem. It is a bit tricky to get to if you don’t have a GPS but this is something I’m sure can be managed. Would return in a heartbeat

Everything!! I liked everything!!
The service is the nicest most customer-friendly we ever had! Our flight back home was very late (23:55). The manager gave us a late checkout without extra payment, and allowed us to use the swimming-pool and other facilities the whole day.
The room, more like a studio, had everything we needed. The location is a few steps from the beach, and is very quiet.
We enjoyed every second of this beautiful hotel, that is run by two extremely nice ladies. Best of luck for all the projects you have.
