Modern apartment. Spacious. Amazing balcony! Shared kitchen with great variety of tools and kitchenware. The hosts are so kind, gave us tips for beaches we wouldn’t had find otherwise, lended umbrella, offered us a drive to the bus stop. Accepted Revolut payment. Be aware that it is a steep 160m climb from the beach if walking, which helps burns your calories!

Amazing stay! one of one kind, intimate and remote with beautiful views. Well situated, within walkable distance to several beaches. and so well equipped. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable. Mario went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the most pleasant by being flexible with our check in and out, and helping us getting around. Far from all the new all-look-alike five star hotels and bars being built on the beach. Penelope offers a more down to earth experience, with an excellent attention by it's hosts Spiros and his mother. Just sitting on the balcony looking at the mountains on one side and the sea on the other, surrounded by the multiple flowers and trees in the garden made a huge part of our stay in Dhermi (and not to forget the delicious breakfast).

Our stay at this apartment was truly enjoyable! The room was very clean, with brand new furniture and a balcony offering an amazing sea view. There’s a shared kitchen on every floor, which is really convenient, especially for longer stays. They offer a variety of board games, including cards and dominoes. The rooftop terrace was definitely the highlight – stunning view, perfect for relaxing, having a drink, chatting with friends, or playing games. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Everything was amazing, clearly above our expectations. Staying here was a heartwarming experience, all the people were nice and helpful. The room was crystal clear and the breakfast delicious. I recently stayed at a villa in Green Coast, Albania, and had a very pleasant experience. The villa was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utilities. Very beautiful view from the main bedroom. We mostly spend the evenings dining by the garden, which was very nice and provided a cool atmosphere even in the hot season. Access to the beach was convenient, with stairs leading down that were mostly shaded, making the walk comfortable. The buggy service, available at the parking lot or by phone, was helpful. At about 1 euro per person per ride, it was a practical way to get around the area. The owner was very nice and available by phone at anytime. She was very attentive to our well-being and constantly gave us tips about the latest activities. Overall, I would recommend it to others looking for pleasant holiday experience in Green Coast, Albania.
