We had a great time staying for one night at Debatoun, where we met the owners (Svetlana and her husband) who have created an incredibly lovely space! The room is spacious, bed is super comfortable, and everything was super clean. We arrived when it was snow outside, still inside the room it was very warm and cozy, and the aunties were very cute and prepared very tasty food. I cannot say enough, just don’t hesitate to stay here!

We had a exceptional time , We went with our family of 20 people , booked all the cottages .Cottages are really comfortable and have all your needs for your stay . The hosts were very nice people , took very good care of us and planned everything for us according to our requirements . Food was great and they even cooked Halal food for us and also changed the menu according to our requirements . This is the perfect place for a family holiday . I recommend you to go there with your family .It is a 2 hour drive from Yerevan in the mountains which is also a very scenic and beautiful drive . The hosts will arrange your pick up from the Airport . You can go fishing or take a drive to the beautiful Lake Sevan which is very beautiful .

The cottage was fabulous. A lovely comfortable bed with a snuggly duvet, really warm. Coffee & tea making facilities. Lovely view of the mountains from our cottage with a deck to sit out on when the weather is warm enough.

Nice, comfy, perfectly clean accomodation right in the center, close to the bus station and the market. Very nice owner, I get much better room than I booked for price of the cheaper one. The owner managed a reservation of the place in the morning bus. I'm very sory for my mistake, when I after influence of delicious local beer can't find the right door and the owner came and opened the right one for me, cause I tried to open the neighbour's one...
