Very good room facilities such as the bathroom, sofa, table, chairs and kitchen and the view of the city and the mountain from the terrace is amazing! The premise has a unique design too. Staff is very attentive and always ensured we got on taxi because sometimes taxi drivers on Yandex had a hard time locating the guesthouse entrance. Private bathroom is good and beds are comfortable too. Note that the place is on a hill and it's advisable to rely on taxi to get around the city (depending on the time of the day, it cost us about 600-1000 drams per trip to travel to the city centre). I will definitely come back again the next time I travel to Yerevan, Armenia.

I had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. It is super spacious and has nice outdoors. Susanna was there to meet me and show around. She also thoughtfully prepared a few essentials for my morning coffee. Location is close to the center whereas rather quiet, with birds waking you up in the morning.

Tsouvik was an excellent host. Parking was a bit congested but she managed to get our car parked. She helped us to make our itinerary and told us the shorter routes. Though the location is a bit far from the city, it’s worth it. Highly responsive to messages. Would definitely recommend her place.
