The hospitality of the guests is unmatched, we felt very welcome and had an incredible stay. The rooms are spatious and cozy, the bathroom is very comfortable and everything is clean. We want to come back, this is one of the best places we've stayed at.

Yura and his wife are amazing hosts. The place was very clean and warm, which is very good in the colder months. Yura also took us around to see some great sites around the area and also dropped us and picked us up after completing a hike about 30 minutes away. We also had meals prepared for us by his wife and they were absolutely delicious! We loved our stay!

Fantastic view from the family room on the top floor. The breakfast was perhaps the best one we ever had. We felt very welcome by the staff and everyone was super nice. The location is perfect, a 2-hour drive from Tatev and very close to lots of beautiful hiking trails. It was definitely the best place we stayed at throughout our 2-week stay in Armenia and we'd love to come back.

Everything was just perfect! Hospitable lady who welcomed us and accommodated us in a bigger room than the one we booked and this was a compliment from her side. The breakfast was homemade and so tasty, the room was extremely clean and the beds comfortable (the mattresses were brand new). Highly recommend the place to everyone visiting this amazing region in Armenia! We are grateful that we had the luck to meet such great hosts!

We booked one night only and arrived late evening at the hotel. There was nobody there. Via WhatsApp I got clearly guidance and could get into the room smoothly. But anyway we have had the best dinner ever at Old Bridge Winery and the breakfast was fantastic.

From I arrived to I left I felt almost at home, so cozy, relaxed and pure "hygge" Gohar, her husband (who makes good vodka) and three daughters were super friendly and really nice people The home cooked dinner and home made wine were so good, and when one of the daughters played guitar and song traditional Amerian songs I were sold I will be proud if my picture will be on the wall 😎

This cozy guesthouse was one of our stops during our road trip through Armenia, right in the heart of one of the country’s famous wine regions. This place is a hidden gem in Armenia - Anna is an amazing host, so easy going and flexible. Our room was huge and comfortable, it’s a little family run guesthouse in the middle of Areni village so has a great local feel. We did a wine tasting, had a huge home cooked dinner and breakfast and loved every bit of it. Thank you for sharing with us!
