Well equipped and cosy apartment! It was even decorated for Christmas:) The owner left a bottle of champagne as a welcome gift, which was lovely, and it was easy to communicate with him before and during our stay;) Great location ( 7-8 mins from the main gondola for Gerlitzen Alpe ski resort), very calm area (Bodensorf village) close to major supermarkets and some very nice restaurants;)

The house is located very close to Ossiach Lake and in a strategic position for visiting all of Carinthia, since it is close to Villach and within an hour's drive of most destinations. The house and kitchen were equipped with everything necessary for long stays (two hair dryers, washing machine, dryer, pots and pans, cooking utensils,...). The owner, Petra, was very kind and always willing to help. I am especially grateful to her for immediately recommending that we purchase the Kärnten Card, which provides free access to many attractions in the area. The garden is well maintained and contains various playground equipment for children, a tennis table, and a barbecue (unfortunately, with all the things we had to do, we didn't have time to use the latter, but we still enjoyed the garden and deck chairs to relax after our walks and visits during the day).

The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The host was warm, welcoming, and always available for any questions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the little touches that showed real care and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay.
