Cozy house with amazing owner in a beautiful garden. We also could taste the home made marillen marmelade. Room was clean and well equipped including a balcony. We could close our bicycles in a safe garage. Warm welcome from the owner!

Sant Nikola Apartments. We travel relatively often in Europe. Mr. Josef's services were more than what we are usually used to. The amenities of the apartment are really thoughtful, including the shopping bag or office stapler. Dishwasher including tablets for washing, microwave, hob - everything that is necessary including paper towels. You just don't see that. Apartment clean, tidy. Safe car parking. And even safer storage for 4 x bikes. Charging the battery without problems. Roller shutter windows, very quiet location. On the bike nadherne paths not only around the Danube, but also behind the railway crossing towards the hills - wonderful and hidden MTB routes. Breakfast was a gourmet experience. Really great variety of homemade food, jam, honey and marmalade, fruit and vegetables. Coffee and tea with homemade drinks. Really more than a pleasant surprise. We can only highly recommend. very helpful super hosts, everything vas clean, They were waiting for us with some homemade food , it was very kind.Thomas gives us a lot of useful ideas of spending time on bikes in this area. We went every day 50-80 kms, and it is still a lot of places to visit. We had a problem with our bikes, and Thomas with his neighbour solved it. Hope to visit House am Bachle in Empfing again :)

Although the hotel had a private function on, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome- making sure we had food, etc. The room was quiet and cosy.
