He's a fount of knowledge and advice. The small room had everything required - fully-equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, TV+apps, good Wi-Fi. The washing machine was a bonus. Small semi-private area outside appt to relax with a beer and a book. Tip: Press the buzzer button named "Manfred + ..." at the entrance.
