I loved everything about our stay. The hosts, Sabine and Michael are welcoming, warm, helpful, interesting and funny people. They made everything themselves, put a lot of effort and consideration into the place, maintain it nice and clean, and you can see this all around you. We stayed in winter and it was nice and warm. There's everything we needed to prepare our own meals. I had the best sleep. The whole apartment is very big, so are the bedrooms. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful. I liked that so many places are close by, 15 to 30 minutes by car, so we visited many villages and towns in two days. There's plenty of parking around the house.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfectly in order — the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment itself is stunning—modern, cozy, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is fantastic, right in the center of Velden, just a short walk to the lake, and conveniently close to both Klagenfurt and Villach. Having private parking was a huge plus, making it easy to explore the area. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible hospitality of our hostess. She was so kind and thoughtful, going above and beyond to make our stay special. Without us even asking, she arranged personalized tourist tickets that allowed us to use the S-Bahn for free—such a wonderful surprise! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The house is in a great, quiet location that is an excellent spot for further explorations of Karinthia region. It has a really nice view of the mountains, the road is great. Klagenfurt is 20min away. It is comfortable, with all amenities needed for a holiday. It is clean and very well taken care of. The landlady is kind, ready to answer any questions and ready to help if needed around the sightseeing trips. It really highly recommend it.

    Very lovely place, right next door to a great restaurant also owned by the Villa. The room is lovely, very comfortable, very clean, lovely balcony to sit outside and was great for us. Sabine is an incredible woman very friendly and really helpful. Breakfast is lovely. Yes we would deff stay again 4.5 stars from us 😁
