It's an ideal spot for enjoying a good book, with the tranquility only interrupted by the gentle sounds of nature from the stunning garden. I spent many hours just walking the pathways or sitting on a bench, admiring the array of flowers and plants. Robert's B&B is more than just a bed and breakfast; it's an excellent place for relaxing in Tasmania that I'm already looking forward to visiting again.

I liked very much that my dog was so welcome. I loved the garden. The room was large and beautifully set up and decorated. Breakfast was a feast, better than I've seen anywhere else. Irene and Russ are delightful hosts. Very welcoming and took the time to chat 🙂

Quite possibly the most magical place we have ever stayed! The views are simply magnificent. We had planned on going out exploring, however, we set ourselves up on the veranda with a bottle or two of wine and didn't move. The farm animals were just beautiful, as were the plentiful rabbits. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and provided all the facilities you would possibly need.

Peaceful, historic location in beautiful garden and surroundings some way off the road. Internally, tastefully furnished and decorated, very spacious, and superbly equipped. The hosts were friendly and welcoming as well as generous with provisions for breakfast and letting us use the laundry facilities. It was a nice touch to provide flowers freshly picked from the garden. There was lots of information on the local area too - Trowunna wildlife sanctuary, close by, is well worth a visit. One of the best properties we have ever stayed at.
