The host was really hospitable and helpful, giving recommendations and even helped us with bicycles that got stuck in a parking lot (don't use public ones if you are a tourist). The room was cosy and full of beautiful decoration details. Also there are a plenty of musical instruments - you can play them.

Hospitality in its fullest sense. We can’t put into words how well we were taken care of. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was perfectly arranged. She even gave me a small gift for Women’s Day. It truly warms my heart that someone with such passion and love wants to pamper us. She makes the entire breakfast herself—super fresh and absolutely delicious. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, we could only stay for one night, but we hope to return soon. It was simply fantastic!

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The food in restaurant was great. Our dogs were very welcome. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The balcony was exactly what we needed to enjoy cards and a drink in the evenings.

Comfortable bathtub, a great location. Very friendly staff. Coffee shops and restaurants are right there. Room service was also good. Wifi and a safe box were very easy to use. All kitchen tools were there. Perfect city view. I will definitely stay there again!

The room is spacious, big enough for our family to stay. The staff is very warm welcoming and supportive, I gave feedback that some marks in the fridge, the staff then sent a cleaner to clean it, quick response. I also like the mountain view from my room.

Location was good. Not too far from the West Lake. There were also night markets that was just downstairs and convenient for a flavour of the night market scene in Hangzhou. You can see the brillant sunset of Hangzhou from the living room.
