Very nice room and common space living room, everything was very clean and renewed! It’s located very close to Gubei Water town( 5 minutes by taxi which costs 2-3 euros). The owner was very friendly and helpful, even if she didnt speak English we managed to communicate with google translate! Great place, highly recommended!

Our hosts were simply amazing! They were just so lovely. Amazing overnight ha stay! Very authentic. We had trouble with organising transfer from Beijing but then found this accommodation. our host picked us up from our Beijing city hotel and too us back at a very reasonable and much much cheaper price than anything we looked at! Also took us to and picked us up from the water town when needed. Honestly never post normally but felt I needed to share what a wonderful experience we had! We also had breakfast made for us and there was plenty and at a very reasonable price and was very yum!

The house was very clean, and although they had three beautiful big cats, the whole property was free of cat odors (which I really appreciated, as I am quite sensitive to smells). The location was good, very close to the great wall (they pick you up at the Gubei bus stop station, so very convenient). They also offered home made meals: only vegeratian food options, but delicious (we had both lunch and dinner there). The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

The manager was super attentive since the moment we made the booking. He offered transport service to/from Beijing, although we had our own already booked. The team greeted us with a great dinner included in our price, and the breakfast was also excellent. They sorted out the tickets for us, which was super helpful. They also took us to the great wall cable car entrance, and picked us up once we had finished. Super friendly people and I definitely recommend staying! By the way, the boy on the picture with Boris Johnson is the manager nowadays, although the pic was taken in 2008. This shows just how many years of experience they’ve had greeting international clients at this amazing resort! :)

We like this place, the location is very good, walk to the Great Wall very close. We have a very surprised breakfast, very rich dinner. Employees are also great, communication is easy. Help us arrange the car here, the price is cheap, mainly very convenient. It is worth recommending.
