Its definitely best villa on Cyprus where we was last 10 years. All works, all day and night hot water without any procedures, A/C working well and fast, on all door and windows antimosquito nets. Bed is also good. Many towels. Dish washer, washing machine with dryer, all kitchen accessories is just best. Parking place protected from direct sun, its only 5 meters from main enter to the house. Swiming pool is also realy nice, about 12 meters long and 4 meters wide. Beautiful sea side view, with fantastic picture of sun on evening. Samsungs color TV in all roooms with Youtube and so on, on ground floor its like 85 inches wide, works perfect. Internet is also very good. All inside is maded with the SOUL. Best of the best, we was realy impressed. P.S. I was in Cyprus more then 30 times. Its best place to stay on Cyprus. There is only one flaw - no breakfast :0)

Had a great experience with my second time in these apartments. They boast an excellent location, within easy reach of the best local beach (Venus, could swim in November, which is a win), grocery store, restaurants and old town. The apartment provides just what you need without excess for a really competitive price, and cooking fans will appreciate the variety of utensils and appliances. I even stayed twice in the same apartment and it did feel like home, lol. My special thanks go to Nikos and Andreas (who picked us up anyway even though the flight arrived with a 4 h delay), may their family business thrive and continue welcoming guests

the place is a cosy villa in a small villas complex, with a communal pool, just next to the beach. The owner is amazing. Available and kind, and it shows that she loves her guests. the house is very well equiped, and there's a sensation that every guest leaves a little something for the next one after (we left some beer and green tea). I would definitely come back!

A house worth staying for everyone. Wonderful hosts (we got a bowl of fruit as a welcome gift and Christmas treats as a farewell gift) with whom you can talk for hours in English without any problems. It is rare for a place to have everything you need. Here, the hosts took care of everything, absolutely everything! Apart from the obvious equipment of the kitchen with all the necessary utensils, cutlery and dishes, of which there is a lot. We have a washing machine, a cooker, an oven, a coffee machine, a toaster - and if something is missing, you have to ask the owners, they will be happy to provide it :) In addition, a lot of utensils from garbage bags to household chemicals. I rarely come across this in places to stay. There are umbrellas if it rains, there are adapters for sockets - there are adapters for every socket in the apartment! There is a TV with wifi - you can log in to your own account on Netflix / HBO / Disney, etc. There is air conditioning, which in December we heated the apartment. But in the bedroom it was unnecessary because the equipment includes wonderful duvets under which it is warm as in a fairy tale. Outside there is a table under a beautiful vine which unfortunately did not grow in the winter ;) Two separate beds, a separate vestibule (friendly for children), a large bathroom with hangers, a large kitchen with a sofa for sitting by the TV. And really if you think that something is missing it is there or the hosts will bring it right away!

We were very happy with the apartment, it had everything that anyone could need, in the kitchen. There were plenty of towels and bedding too. The balcony was a good size and the apartment has its own car lot.

    This property is outstanding. The pool is lovely, you get plenty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen with all your sauces, tea, coffee etc. We were provided with a full plate of yummy fruit and fizz in the fridge. The villa is gorgeous and very impressive inside! Very trendy and modern with a lovely pool and cove nearby. Easy to get to other places via taxi etc. you can order food and drinks from the villa if you wish.

    we had the most incredible stay at the villa in Kissonerga. The customer service was exceptional, surpassing all expectations. From the moment I arrived, Igor provided a warm and friendly welcome, ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect. The quality of the villa was outstanding, with stunning views. The pool facilities were top-notch. The ensuite rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and offered the utmost comfort. Overall, this villa surpassed all my expectations, and I highly recommend it for an unforgettable vacation experience
