Location is excellent, and there are plenty of things to see in the area. It's a pity we didn't have more time to explore. The host were kind and welcoming, and I would definitely recommend this accomodation for families with children because space is large and beds are very comfortable, and it is quiet, so you can get a good sleep.

Barbara left some home made muffins and fresh flowers and Tomsi left two beers! This place was recently done and in the best of taste. Everything was tops. It is so spacious and so well equipped. It was like a smart five star hotel just a lot more spacious! They were so helpful and chatty and friendly that we felt we were home. The picture do not by far show how fantastic the place is. It is an absolute bargain at the price!!

The property was excellent, spacious, everything you needed to hand. Would highly recommend it. Nice that it is a farm stay also. The scenery is beautiful there, good choice of places to eat in the area and things to do.

    It’s gorgeous. Classic Bavarian farmhouse style in tiny village outside Bad Tolz. It’s not in the town itself so please note this. Comfortable typical Bavarian rooms each with bathroom. Bavarian style breakfast with yogurt, mueslis, fresh baked rolls, excellent ham and cheese, juices, coffee.

    Very good location - convenient to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, local village within walking distance. Great parking! Gorgeous park across the road - very peaceful. Host was extremely lovely and helpful. Kitchen had everything that we needed.

    Excellent breakfast. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking on site. Small deck off of our room. The accommodation is a few kilometers out of town, in a very small 'village' where there is one restaurant with an outdoor patio area and adjacent playground. There is also a 'pub' onsite in the evenings. It was lovely to walk through the area and on the country roads. Beautiful houses, beautiful scenery! Very quiet. Would definitely stay here again!
