    Staying in a historical villa gave us an insight into the other historical villas in Eisenach. Our host provided us with insights and tips about the area and told us of some of her experiences in the old East Germany. She drove us to a nearby Chinese restaurant. The house is well situated and quiet. We were offered free toiletries and dressing gowns.

    The apartment is only a 2 minute bike ride from the city center set among elegant villas in an historical Jugendstil building and renovated with lots of love. After biking 70 kms, we ordered pizza and ate it watching Netflix projected on the wall by a beamer. The kids found that really cool! We appreciated the washing machine and fully equipped kitchen too. Ideal for couples or families because of the sofa bed. Lena, the owner was absolutely lovely and helpful, making our stay a memorable one!

    The villa is beautiful, and the apartment was really well fitted out and equipped. It is situated outside Eisenach, but there's a good bus service if you don't want to drive, and our hosts were very helpful about suggesting things to do nearby, and how to get to them.

    Our room was super comfortable and the villa beautifully renovated. We loved the views over the mountains from our comfortable bed. The bread delivery service in the morning was a very nice touch.
