Instructions were provided ahead of our stay which were very clear and easy to follow. The host came to the apartment when she saw we had arrived to introduce herself - very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

Beautiful, fully equipped, tidy apartment with very neat design. The building is literally in the middle of old town, everything you need is in walking distance. Dieter was very nice and easy to contact. He also left some welcome surprises for us. We would absolutely book this place over and over again!

It was great for what we needed. They had a cot and high chair there for us to use and both were spotlessly clean as was the whole apartment. Place to easily park there. Room enough for us and we were 4 adults and 2 children. Everything we needed was there even offered use of a washer and dryer. Very handy for the bus as the bus stops for both ways were just outside the property. The bus goes into town short journey. So friendly and helpful with general information and bus timetable when you arrive. Can get a groupee bus ticket that covers 5 people and this saves you money on the bus.

The host is the best person we have ever met during this journey. Communication was great, and he was super kind and generous to answer our questions and teach my parents how to use the stove. The house is cozy and well decorated. We really enjoyed our time here, and will for sure recommend it to everyone, who wants to stay in a place with home vibe in Heidelberg. The host shared detailed instructions beforehand, including photos to make it easier, both for the apartment and the parking. The host was very responsive when the parking card was missing from our key box, and immediately arranged for a replacement card (within 5 minutes). Really great service.

I was a bit uncertain due to some previous comments regarding AC in the hotel. However, this was a verz good experience. Easy private parking at the back of the hotel and very modern new facilities. Friendly staff all over and also comfortable clean rooms. The breakfast was just fabulous and even with a lot of people and also forreign young students there were no problems with re-fills or quality. Would definitely visit again!
