Loved the carriage, large inside outside areas to relax, somewhere different but fantastic to stay. We arrived by bicycle on a very hot day, the adjacent ice-cream parlour was a welcome bonus. The hosts had the air-conditioning in the carriage running ready for our arrival

I would estimate 10+ . The hosts are very friendly, they are always ready to help if you have any questions or difficulties. The the apartments´payment includes costs for the culture parks visits, which is very cheap as compared to the tickets bought directly at the parks. The rest is perfect for families with children and dogs. I am planning to come here on winter season with my family. Respekt zur bayerische Leuten :)
