Tampere Maja is a guesthouse founded by Tartu and Tampere. It is a small cosy house with some 7 rooms. It is very close to the centre but located in a quiet street. There is a gallery on the ground floor. The rooms are simple but clean and have everything one needs. Wifi works well. There is also a kitchen with a kettle and a fridge (and more, but I did not need a kitchen, so I did not check). Breakfast is served from 8 am, it is rather simple but fine. All in all, I enjoyed my stay at the Tampere Maja and would not hesitate to stay there again if back to Tartu.

The flat is new and beautiful. There are many different utilities in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom. If you are a coffee lover, you will like the coffee machine in the apartment with a vast choice of coffee drinks. The sofa transforms to a double bed with a great mattress very quickly and comfortably. also, we liked the soft carpet, you can even lay down and watch some TV there. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would take this flat again if I need a place in Tartu. Definitely recommend!
