Entering in Casa del Rey has been astonishing: beautiful court right renovated with a beautiful aestetich flavour. Rooms are beautiful with any possible tool necessary for a wonderful stay. The room was really nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was air conditioning. The TV had Netflix. However, the best thing is the location. It can not get anymore central than that. Restaurants and bars are close by. Our room was on the third floor but there were no elevators in the building we were staying in, so it might not be suitable for old people.

Great location, honestly loved every minute there and we were really sad to leave. Nothing beats watching sunset over the roofs of Sevilla on a hot summer night with a glass of wine in hand and a good company. Spacious apartment with all the things necessary and more for a stay, comfortable bed, everything clean and tidy, accommodations had a fantastic view. Central street, restaurants, cafe, bars, convenient stores, lady that sells homemade olives - all in a very close range. Old town and parks close and in walkable distance. This was the best stay out of all four we had in Spain including a 5 star hotel.

A really comfortable home with everything we required, including a bottle of water, some coffee, and a couple of beers in the fridge. The directions on how to get there and where to receive the key were clear. The city center is accessible on foot, and the area is still tranquil. When entering the building, the hallway is quite tidy and attractive. P.S.: Thank you for the complimentary minibar and Nespresso pills!

    Great location, very close to Seta de Sevilla, Alcazar and the Cathedral. A lovely clean and tidy apartment. Having a lift was a bonus as it was on the 4th floor. The bathroom was a good size too. It had all the amenities we needed, especially a washing machine. Considering our very last minute booking, the check in process went well.

    We loved how homey and comfortable the appartment was. It felt like we were guests in someone's home rather than a holiday rental. There were thoughtful touches everywhere. The information book was super helpful. The apartment is well-located in an authentic-feeling neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and grocery markets nearby. We also appreciated the presence of "basics" in the kitchen, as well as juice and snacks for breakfast. Thanks, Brad, for a wonderful stay in Sevilla!

    The apartment with terrace and access to the roof top terrace with pool felt like the ultimate holiday home. We spent a lot of time “at home” relaxing and enjoying the outside sitting area. The hosts Olga and Ana are really friendly. The place is super clean and location is awesome - you can do everything on foot in Sevilla.
