The vibe in Tarifa (in mid-July) was incredible! The village was heaving with people after 8pm, but once we were in our apartment we didn't hear a thing. Loved the atmosphere of this village so much! The terrace was awesome! The host was very communicative and responsive. We had no issues at all.
