The apartment was in a perfect location and incredibly cozy. Ay as a town was also absolutely lovely. The views from the apartment were truly idyllic. There was a bakery and a butcher shop right across the street, and in the same block, a wine bar and another charming bakery. Just a few dozen meters away, there was a small grocery store. We were more than happy with our choice – an absolutely wonderful three-night stay.

The breakfast was simple but very complete and filling: ham, cheeses, bread, croissant, juice, coffee, yogurt, cereal, charmingly set up, we loved it! The owner was always there to provide what you needed, super friendly attitude despite the language barrier, which he solved with Google translator, worked really well! The apartment had everything we needed, beds were comfy, bathroom was spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and so pretty. The attention to detail was amazing, with such lovely style- the vintage theme was carried very tastefully throughout. It was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. We even had the use of 2 bicycles for the night so we could cycle into Epernay. It's about 20 minutes walk if you want to visit the Ave. de Champagne. There is a wonderful bakery about 2 minutes walk away, and plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The host was easy to contact and very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

    This was a lovely place to stay, the room very comfortable and the house had beautiful decor. We requested a sharing plate for when we arrived as it was Sunday and the restaurants in the village were all closed. It was delicious and we enjoyed this with a glass of the house champagne. We slept really well and breakfast was really good. Lots of choice and quality of food was really good.

    This is a darling historic property, tastefully updated and very comfortable. The location is wonderful, within walking distance to several champagne cellars and restaurants, in the charming village of Ay. The proprietor, Corinne, is an absolute delight and very knowledgeable. Breakfast was very French and delicious.

    Location is excellent for access to the wineries provided you have a car. So much better than being in Reims. Ay is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and villages and is the hub of Champagne. Paraking is available on site. The house is equipped with every possible amenity except airconditioning. It overllooks grape vines in its garden belonging to the owner. This is an exceptional property,
