The breakfast Françoise prepared for us was exceptional. We were given the choice of sweet or savoury but even when we chose savoury she still gave us a variety of sweet each day, including crêpes, pain perdu, gauffres plus dried and fresh fruit and fromage frais. All served with homemade jams. Delicious! Oh, and not to forget the goûter! Françoise's husband Gerard even got in his car to show us where the lake was at Langonnet. Nothing too much trouble. Nice garden and very quiet. Lovely old house with character. Emanuelle was very welcoming and prepared a good breakfast.

We chose to stay at Four Chimneys primarily due to its proximity to the enchanting Valée Des Saints around 15 minutes drive away. What a good move! We were welcomed with open arms by our hosts Anne and Bill and immediately struck up a great conversation over welcoming drinks on cars, motorbikes, travel, life, the universe and everything! It was more like visiting friends than staying in a B&B and we'd love to go back! Oh - everything else was great as well - quiet location, immaculate presentation, quirky decor, comfortable bed and superb breakfast. A short drive to Carhaix-Plougier which has a good choice of shops and eateries. Many thanks to you both about making us feel most welcome during a great stay.

It is so much nicer than the photos. Has everything you need for an excellent stay. The pool is shared with upstairs but worked out well. We loved our stay. No WiFi. Complete getaway. Very clean and lovely owners. We will go back. X

The accommodation is truly charming and so beautifully presented. The rooms and garden are wonderful and Katinka and Mike were immediately warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and Katinka and Mike gave us excellent guidance on the surrounding area.
