This place is definitely a piece of paradise in a very quiet town. Our hosts were outstanding and we had a fabulous stay. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and prepared with care. We highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property.

Natasha welcomed us warmly along with her cats and was happy for us to use the well equipped kitchen. The house is lovely close to the Voie Verte where we were cycling and beautiful countryside. Good hot shower, comfy room. Excellent value for a one night stay.

We spent four days with Chris & Rhianne at the Maison de l'Aguze while accompanying our son to a nearby triathlon. Our hosts were wonderful from the very start, replying immediately to our queries, then providing secure space for our bikes in their huge garage and sharing their local knowledge with plenty of tips about quiet roads and routes to explore in the region. The Maison de l'Aguze is located next to a small river right in the centre of Saint-Pons, so all eating places are within walking distance. Centred around a small courtyard, the hotel itself is a delightful building that has been tastefully renovated and decorated. Our bedroom was huge as was the en suite bathroom, and the quality bed linen and towels only added to the comfort. Breakfast was a copious "à la carte" breakfast with a choice of various fruit juices and hot beverages, cereals, fresh bread and viennoiseries, ham and eggs and a delicious smoothie ! A special mention, and thanks, must go to our hosts Chris & Rhianne who once again went the extra mile by offering to provide an extra-early breakfast at dawn for our son on the day of his triathlon competition! Thank you Chris & Rhianne for your friendly welcome, your constant attentiveness to your guests and your discreet smiling presence! We hope to see you again in the not too distant future!

Beautiful house over 3 small floors (1 room per floor). Magical view from the bedroom. Nicely decorated and very clean. It was beautiful and very comfortable! Owner’s are very lovely and welcoming too.

I absolutely loved Château de Paulignan! I’ve stayed here two years in a row and already can’t wait to come back. It’s a peaceful, beautifully place in the heart of a stunning wine region — a real hidden gem.
