The accommodation is near the centre of town with lots of facilities but our room was at the back of the building so it was quiet. Olivier was very welcoming and let us store our bikes in his garage which was very secure. Lots of thoughtful details for guests plus rainforest shower, shower gel and other toiletries. Excellent value in a very convenient location.

Loved it - they are living and sharing the life of my dreams !...surprised my husband with this as an overnight stay ( a man into his modern world luxury and latest gadgets )and even he enjoyed it and would stay again . We were warmly welcomed by Joelle and Jean-Francois who patiently shared their knowledge of how they had developed their property and of the local area. They kindly reserved a superb dinner in nearby Cadouin at our request. We enjoyed use of their pool with amazing views over the surrounding landscape. The room was spacious with en-suite bathroom and all needed amenities. A delicious breakfast was served alongside the pool to likewise benefit from the landscape views.

This was a great stay in the Perigord and the location was perfect for exploring the region. Gerard made the experience personal and had great suggestions for things to do in the local area. He served a delicious breakfast outdoors with something new to try every day! Surroundings were quiet with beautiful wild meadow views from the pool. As there are only a few rooms, it was calm and relaxing with plenty of space for everyone. Facilities in the room were wonderful, including a large fridge, kettle and microwave to make your own meals. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you Gerard!

Such a beautiful scenic spot, Laura prepared a very tasty breakfast for us and showed us the horses. Very sweet host, the rooms are very clean and comfy, you feel very at ease and the scenery is just gorgeous.

    Absolutely beautiful setting on the river. Amazing views. The grounds, pool and holiday homes all look picture postcard perfect. Comfortable, enormous beds. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly, knowledgeable owners gave us lots of advice about where to visit and restaurant recommendations.

    Absolutely everything. Brian and Cheri were marvellous hosts- Cheri put on the most fabulous breaks fast and has thought of everything in the rooms. Brian knows almost everything there is to know about the region, and helped us with activities and information. He also was kind enough to pick us up and drop us off at the train station when our car rental from Bordeaux did not go as planned. If you visit Lalinde - or any of the villages in the Dordogne - do NOT miss the chance to meet Brian and Cheri at their incredible Maison.
