These comments relate to how easy it was to get keys and into property:- Hosts failed to respond to emails. No one at property to meet us. Calls to Booking.com not answered. Just before searching for a hotel managed to finally got hold of property owner who said we had to travel to them to collect keys (no mention of this on any paperwork from booking.com). We liked the property, we liked the location, we liked the equipment But....! Booking.com need to get their act together on key collection procedure. Also your Customer Service was non existant in "our hour of need" when we needed you most

The room was big enough also the bathroom was big and the best wast to have a separated toilet. The garden was very nice and the terrace as well.

A quirky place, a giant barrel. We were 2 adults plus dog and the space was fine. It's possible to sleep 4, but realistically, 2 adults plus 2 kids would be the limit. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast good - fresh croisants and baguetre from a local baker.

Large and well equipped apartment with a lovely roof terrace. Laignes wasn’t the most exciting place I’ve ever been but the apartment is right in the centre, close to a good restaurant. Great value for money too
