The owners speak French, German and some English, the communication was very effective (above expectations). The rooms and everything looks extremely nice and cozy, with authentic Alsas atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing and enough for the good start of the day, moreover, some products or the table, like honey, are made by the owners themselves! In the room we had bathroom and toilet separately, also a tea corner and a fridge. I wish we could stay there for longer, to look around and to use the discount for more than 3 booked days! Did not want to leave... :) The surroundings look very nice and there is a lot you can see within one-hour car ride.

Very charming, cozy and elegant. The kitchen was very nice and convinient. The best part was the dinner at the restaurant of the hotel (with gluten free options). don’t forget to book in advance because it is very popular. The village around is very beautiful with the castle and old wall. We brought a 1 year old baby with us and all went very smooth. we will repeat!! congratulations to the team.

Fantastic apartment in a small & quiet village. Very clean and spacious. Evelyne is a lovely hostess and has made the apartment perfect. We only stopped for 1 night, but after staying we wished we had booked more nights. Would definitely visit again.

Situated in Brouviller, Hagebuche features accommodation with a hot tub and spa facilities. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay.
