Check-in was a breeze and smooth! Eda, the most friendly host ever, met us and helped us get in. She is a fluent English speaker, so no issues at all with communication and reaching her when needed. Eda was genuinely interested in ensuring we had a comfortable and pleasant stay and she explained all and responded timely when contacted. She was very polite, courteous, and professional and went above and beyond to make this stay easily one of the best experiences I've had so far. All in all, it was a great stay, the room exceeded my expectations! Thanks a million, Eda!

The house was immaculate. The location was very nice. Very close to the Parc de l'Orangerie you should definitely visit this place. You will like it very much. It is very pleasant to watch the city from the balcony. The landlord helped us leave our belongings in the apartment. You are a wonderful place Strasbourg.

    A great location downtown Strasbourg, room was good with all you need in it. Perhaps a bit noisy during the day since there is busy street nearby but also due to Fete de la Musique:) For those not bearing high temperature outside - there is no air conditioning in the room (for me was OK). Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Villa Kleber and I plan to book it again whenever I travel to this wonderful city.

    Lovely fully featured villa, lots of space, good beds, great kitchen, and walking distance to city center of Strasbourg. We spent Christmas there (there was also a Christmas tree! Very nice!) with the family and it was wonderful! We were 10 adults and a baby and that worked perfectly! We parked our cars in the garage under the house, very convenient.
