Furniture and fittings chosen with some thought. Very comfortable and stylish. Dedicated space for luggage. TV in lounge AND bedroom Accommodation was ready to use on arrival (heating on, fridge cool) Holt is a very pleasant town. Plenty of local shops and facilities and our accommodation was only a short walk away.

This was very pretty and cute accommodation which is very tastefully decorated. Very comfortable and clean with great facilities. The host Leon was very helpful and pleasant. Holt is a very picturesque and quaint town with very friendly people lovely shops and very good good. Would highly recommend.

Lovely clean and quiet. In a good location for event in Holkham Estate. Off street car parking and very helpful hosts. I was late arriving and they even had 2 lovely slices of homemade cake left in the room. Bathroom was spotless and the robes/slippers were a lovely touch.

    Property was well furnished and good facilities. The kitchen was well equipped throughout Great location. Easy check-in procedures. Whilst no parking at the property, free parking was available at Village Hall and some on street parking. Car park close to property, giving you 30 minutes free parking to load/unload

    The location was perfect, easy walk into the village of Blakeney with walks along the coastal path. On a regular bus route to other seaside resorts. The property was easy to find and was clean and comfortable. There was a good selection of food on the menu for breakfast, well presented and tasty. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly. There was a fridge with fresh milk to enable us to have a drink in our room or to keep any food we needed to keep cool.
