Warm welcome from the hosts. Some lovely touches in the accommodation including fresh cut flowers, cream tea and even sparkling wine! The while experience was 5 star from beginning to end. Faultless in every respect. The underfloor heating system was wonderful on cold March nights. The bed was very comfortable and the attention to detail obvious in every room. Very quiet location with private and secure car parking and a safe area outside the cottage for the dog. Just perfect. Definitely a place to which we would return if available when we are next in North Cornwall.

Great property. We're long time visitors to Bude and love the place. Rob, the property owner let us book in early. Also helped direct me to park my car in the garage as space was a bit tight. Also helped us unload the car. Top fella. Super comfy sofa and beds. Full Netflix, disney plus, amazon entertainment package which was great for relaxing evenings after a busy day. Nice rear garden. Lovely kitchen. Location is fabulous. Close to great pubs, cafes. Beech is 2 mins walk. Town centre 1 mins walk. Canal and surrounding area all on the door step. Would love to live in Bude if we had the chance. Absolutely amazing place

Shower was warm too, great for washing off the sand rather than walking it through the house! Peaceful location, lovely little walk down to Widemouth Bay, about 1 km, great for a morning walk and swim.

    The staff were so lovely and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. It had such a laid back feel to the whole place where you could come and go, go see the animals, sit downstairs, have a chat with everyone. Just a lovely holiday home for everyone.

    This was a great little holiday home, with everything we needed for our family holiday. Well equipped and lovely little touches such as the welcome basket and games to play. The swimming pool on site was great too. Electricity was paid extra but convenient with the coin meter in the accommodation- used less than £10 for the whole week.

    We loved the peaceful location. All the beds were very very comfortable. The size of the property and that everyone had thier own bathroom ensure. The host was very friendly and even though you were attached to other holiday homes and you could see the owners just across the yard, it felt very private.
