Fantastic accommodation comprising a bedroom and a lounge. Spotlessly clean. Decent size bedroom with a most comfortable bed. Lounge area off the bedroom and overlooking the sea was a great place to relax and we found this extra space to be a great bonus. The decor of the accommodation was really good. There was a tea and coffee tray with good beverages and nice biscuits provided - also instant oat porridge was provided which is a very thoughtful touch. Small library just off our room was handy. The property overlooks the sea and is on the coastal path and is a short walk to Anstruther. Owner, Craig, was friendly and helpful and always available but in no way intrusive. I will definitely return and can highly recommend this lovely place.

The room was so warm and bed so comfortable. Very clean too. Kettle for cup of tea was so welcoming. Location too. Walking distance to town centre and frequent bus services to other exciting places like St Andrew and Leven.

Great location and views of the sea. We loved the details inside such as the decor, the wood burning stove and the films and books that were available. The kitchen had all the utensils you would require and the food and drink hamper we found on arrival was a nice touch.

The house was very comfortable and served as a home from home. The kitchen was well stocked which made making the breakfast for 5 people a joy. A visit to the Inn at Kingsbarns ( which is community run ) is well worth a visit as it is only a five minute walk.

I was late to check in and a member of staff called me to make sure I am coming. She left me a key to the room and all the instructions in a safe space, absolutely brilliant. The room was a good size, very comfortable beds as well.

    Excellent B + B. Quiet, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Great breakfast. You just have to park where you can get a space in the village but we knew that before we went. Such good value.
