Very nice and clean, I liked the fact that it was a key safe, so could come and go as we pleased. Slightly difficult to find, but rang the owner and he picked up straight away, and directed us. The place was lovely and clean, and there was plenty of choice for continental breakfast. There was lots of info about the local area too.

Very conveniently located and immaculately presented with luxurious bedding, towels and extra little touches. Extremely clean with extra space where you needed it (closet for suitcases, and large shower and bath). Although we did not meet the host in person, she was very kind and communicative.

Lovely stay , very clean , lots of information on takeaways and what to do in that area . Very private even had our own garden . The bath was huge . Tea and coffee provided and fruit cake on your first night . Very relaxing would definitely stay again .

Great location, incredibly clean, very welcoming and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Looks exactly like the photos, we were really happy with everything! Even the small details like providing towels, and shampoos etc really made a great impression

Tony was really good. He met us at the location by chance, but he was very kind. The place was nice and clean. And there are some very nice touches, such as a Brita water filter and ketchup and other condiments in the kitchen. Really easy stay.

Very peaceful setting, spacious, impeccably clean and beds were really comfortable. We stayed here on our way to visit Jimmy's Farm (20 mins away), We were lucky enough to be introduced to Pegasus the Parachute Regiment mascot Shetland pony, and we also sat on the decking enjoying a pony going through its paces in the menage area. This accommodation was perfect for us as it was so relaxing. The hosts were lovely and very welcoming.

    This pub deserves ten stars. Super friendly staff who helped us lock our bikes in the bike shed. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bath room was new with a great shower. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Both were lovely. All this in a historic building in a pretty village. Couldn't ask for more. We will be back.

    The food was excellent. The pub is in the middle of the village so was in an ideal position for the walk to Flatford Mill (as long as the river level was not too high). There was parking for residents.
