    Location was perfect for us - close to attractive village, sea and harbour. Family lived close by and a supermarket was close. Didn't use the car at all during our visit. Our hosts were very helpful when approached, but not intrusive.

    Lovely accommodation, well appointed. Easy to find, private parking, private patio. Great location for visiting local attractions. The village has some great restaurants.

    Shower door kept sticking,no space to put anything only a small bedside table and a small dressing table,the was a closet,the room hadn't been cleaned properly as there was a bottle of water behind bedside cabinet, overall it was it bit shoddy decorating wasn't good neither was carpet fitting in public areas .staff were friendly,breakfast was good ,plenty parking.certainly not 15mins walk to village more like 30mins ,on a busy road lots traffic ,not very easy to get out of .won't be visiting again

    Location was ideal for events at Goodwood and Chichester harbour. The village of Emsworth is really nice with plenty of pub/grub, the room was very clean with period features. Very comfortable with large tv over an open log fire. Walk in shower and spotless bathroom. Ideal parking outside your front door. Nice little treats left in a hamper and also a mini fridge with Coca Cola and milk. Very enjoyable stay.

    The property is in a beautiful village and not far from a local supermarket and within easy reach of public transport. The property felt safe and secure; it had been cleaned and prepared well; and the host even left wine, milk, coffee and tea for us in the kitchen, as well as shower gel in the bathroom. The communication upfront and in the property was good and we had a lovely time!
