Absolutely perfect oasis to stay when visiting Isle of Skye, you have all the benefits of the area without the hustle and bustle with the cottage located in an oasis of its own. The ferry from Glenelg across to Isle of Skye was a majory highlight for out day visit, and we loved our dinner at the local Glenelg Pub. Only downside if wish we had more time to relax and unwind in the surrounding Glenelg area; the views and roads were so quiet and stunning, perfect for running and cyling alike!

Very good location, right next to the first bridge of Isle of Skye, the room was comfortable and clean, complimentary breakfast was a very nice touch and small town had a calm atmosphere but we were able to find a nice bar with Halloween party there

The staff was very forthcoming, polite and smiling. Very cozy, welcoming place and quiet. I really liked that there was a door between the small entrance hallway of the room and the bedroom. That would isolate better from eventual noises in the corridor of the hotel. Eventhough it was very quiet! I liked the sheets bed 🙂 Ho, Deer! Small hands and body soaps provided. The food was very good! I had a tasty diner. And the breakfast was good too. Plenty of parking space. Lucky me, I had a room that gave an eye on my motorcycle. Wich I really appreciated. Everything was very clean! I liked the big bathtube. Some people are complaining about the old-fashioned look of the hotel. Go somewhere else then. I didn't care, as long as everything was clean and that the staff was welcoming. Great location to enter the beautiful Isle of Skye. Or for a break if going out 🙂 Eveything was great! I recommend this hotel and don't pay attention to the old look. You have hot water! It's clean and confy cozy room ! Will come back again! 😊 Thank you all for your kindness.

    Incredibly comfortable, with a very well kitted out kitchen - everything we needed for self catering. There was salt, pepper, tea - but we brought our own cooking oil and all the rest. It's quite a cosy place, but perfect for two people, and nice and warm with the radiators going. We loved the location - easy to get to Skye, great pub in the village, and incredible walks in Kintail just over the hill.

    Wonderful location, just a short way from Glenelg village. Lovely welcome from the host. Great wee annex, very clean and well maintained. The bed was soooooo comfy - we didn't want to get up in the morning! The scenery outside is outstanding. And thanks for the eggs!

    The location is amazing! Peaceful with stunning views. The road to the property may be challenging (driving)for some but we managed fine. The village is about a 40 minute walk from the property or a 7 minute drive. There’s a friendly cafe there and a great pub, also a little village shop. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful and gave us helpful information about the amenities nearby.

    Only affordable accomodatin i could find in the Highlands. The location is lovely, located in the valley between hills and farmlands near very quiet village with nice shop, caffe and a pub. Not very turisty, lot of opportunities for hiking, nice partly sandy beach nearby. The lady in charge is very nice. Accomodation is quite outdated, except the kitchen, which is new. But everyting was clean and there was everything we needed, so it was very comfortable.
