We loved the room, the fantastic Scottish breakfast made by the host, the tour of the castle, the place were the castle is located. Everything was amazing. We hope to be back one day.

The property was exceptionally clean: not a speck of dust or dirt. The bed and furniture were comfy and the bathroom spacious. The location was secluded yet handy for Stonehaven and the area in general. Although most of the other houses, seemingly, were occupied we hardly heard anyone.

The host Karen was amazing! She was so friendly, always responded quickly and gave me many helpful tips and maps! The guest house truly is like in the photos, so cute and with so much charme! 10‘ walking distance from the train station and the beach! The bed was very comfy and everything was clean and convenient. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Montrose!

The guesthouse is in a very quiet location. The house itself is lovely, the garden is beautiful. Agnes is certainly a passionate gardener. And she also is a very caring and attentive host. And I absolutely loved her wonderful Scottish accent :-)

    The house was excellent very well presented clean comfy beds very well equipped. The location could not be better absolutely stunning. The sea comes up to about 10ft from the garden wall dolphins put on a daily show in front of you very relaxing. The village pub about 100yrds away excellent food and staff. All in all a great break.
