We spent 3 days in the Brook Lodge and I was a wonderful experience. First, the lodge is beautiful, super clean and nothing is missing. The location is perfect : you’re on the farm premises but it’s very quiet, in front of your nothing except fields, trees and…. Goats :-) Ducks, chicken, Arthur the rabbit and the adorable pig Dora were close too and my daughter loved going and see them. From the farm you’re close to a lot of Cornwall interesting locations: Looe, Polperro… And it was a great pleasure to meet and talk to Glyn and Katie. Plus don’t miss their excellent goat cheese and go no further to get fresh eggs, you couldn’t get more local products! We highly recommend this place ! If you’re looking for a relaxing, beautiful place with perfect location you have to book there ! Thank you Glyn and Kathie !

The kind of hideout you imagined as a kid. It felt private and peaceful, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. The garden space is great for the dog, and the spacious hot shower with towels provided was a lovely touch. It's got everything a couple needs. We brought our own cleaning supplies, as these aren't usually provided, but Jenny had thought of everything. There were Method cleaning products, a mop, dustpan, and more. Really detailed info pack. Fresh milk and shortbread on arrival. The property is do tastefully done. Its by far the best Shepherds Hut we've stayed in. The view from the adjacent field is stunning, and it's perfectly situated for exploring Cornwall. Jenny was a great host, friendly and thoughtful. We'll definitely be back next year, but for longer. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5

When we arrived the accommodation was warm, clean and welcoming. The little welcome/tea coffee and bathroom bits were a lovely touch. Everything was pristine and well laid out. We had an additional suprise as wasn't expecting a cinema room aswell as the sauna/jacuzzi room. We had an email from the reception lady during our stay welcoming us and letting us know she's around should we need anything. We saw some squirrels and the birdsong in the morning was so peaceful. There is a huge seating area upstairs- but was a little too cold to make use of it dispite the bit of sun we had. There is all the amenities you could possibly need, washer/dryer and dishwasher included. We came when in the week so the site was very quiet and peaceful. One of the nicest places we've stayed so far, definitely worth booking. Having health issues relating to mobility it was nice everything was on one level inside. Few steps up into the accommodation but no struggling when in. And parking right outside. Getting the keys etc was easy as in a lock box and cameras around the site for security, coded gate to get in etc.

We loved the lodge. Sally and her daughter were amazing hosts. Really friendly and helpful. The location is great, rural and quiet but lots to do a short drive away. Our only niggle was the bed needs a new mattress. It sinks in the middle. But it won't stop us staying there again. Thank you for a wonderful break ☺️

everything was beautiful. well laid out and thoughtful planning has gone into this. the hosts were exceptionally nice and the extras in arrival were so thoughtful. There was local sausage, eggs and bacon in the fridge. Local butter and a loaf of bread with homemade marmalade, Cornish shortbread and a box of chocolates. In a time where people want top money for minimal effort this was a refreshing change. Highly recommend
