Excellent, well-kept room. Toilets are clean. Shower water pressure is average. The small kitchenette is easy to clean, although there is not much space; nevertheless, it is self-sufficient for 2 guests staying. The surrounding area is safe and quiet. About a 10-15 minute walk to the city or shopping centre. There are 4 Chinese takeaways near the apartment. A little walking exercise won't harm but is good for the body. There is a Kettle, Microwave, Oven, Fridge and cooking hotplate.

    A Fabulous village pub / hotel with lovely friendly staff, Great food and drinks and a fantastic roaring log fire maintained by the local guys who were very friendly. Comfortable bed and cosy room in the annex block, so it was very quiet.

    Beautiful old fashioned pub in rural village location. Staff were really friendly. Rooms were separate from the pub, nicely sized, clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast which was included in price including extras like cereal, yoghurt, fruit, Served nice ales as well. Will definitely come back and stay here again.
