The host was super welcoming - we highly appreciated it! The cabin was charming and very cozy. There were farm animals in the backyard! And we appreciated that we could borrow some firewood and make a campfire in the backyard, it was really nice!

My partner and I chose 'Guest House Balda' for our stay while visiting Martvili Canyon, and it was a perfect choice. The canyon was just a quick 15-minute drive away, making it very convenient. The guest house itself was incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The serene atmosphere, combined with the warmth and hospitality of the host family, made us feel right at home. Their house is truly beautiful, and the on-site restaurant was a highlight of our trip. The food was exceptional—I've tasted many Khachapuri throughout Georgia, but theirs was by far the best. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed as a group of 5 people at this wonderful house. Everything about this place was great: a lot of space, very well-maintained, availability of different appliances, the views! The beds were very comfy. Mind: the tap water might seem strange in color at first, but it’s actually highly mineralized and made skin very soft. Oh and we adored the 2 cute dogs!

Our stay at Novel House was an absolute delight from start to finish. Despite our late arrival in Kutaisi, the staff warmly welcomed us and ensured that we felt right at home. The host at Novel House went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They shared valuable tips and recommendations for exploring the nearby Martvili Canyon, allowing us to make the most of our visit. Additionally, their kind gesture of driving one of our group members to the emergency room when needed truly demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. The rooms at Novel House were spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for our larger group. We found comfort and tranquility in our accommodations, providing a restful haven after a day of adventure. The attention to detail was evident, and it was clear that the staff took great care in ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. The proximity of Novel House to Martvili Canyon was a major bonus.     I really loved how genuine and simple the place is . The lady was so nice and sweet that I kinda felt connected to her as she reminded me of my grandmother. Despite being in a remote village but internet was very good and they had AC in each room so it was very pleasant.

    Great place in Blada village, nice guesthouse with option to order food anytime. There is private entrance to the river with nice small beach, they also offer transfers and horse riding tours. Great access to hiking trails

    Despite the fact that the owners do not speak english & we did not speak Georgian, we all used google translate & it was no problem. Sveta is a lovely woman who cooks an amazing breakfast staying here is truly staying in a village in Georgia, and you will experience the culture! We loved it & would recommend it to anyone. Beds were comfortable & room was clean, spacious & air conditioned!

    The Host is very nice and kind. Talkative, positive ant open for people. This is a specific place in the middle of village- with cows, chickens and peacock! Full of harmony and chill. Absolutely amazing food and wine!

    We were a bit surprised when we realized that this is village house. Cow, chicken, calf, peacock, cats, dogs - that was wonderful for our kids. Rooms are clean, cozy and modern. Same time a bit small.
