The place is beutiful, a lot of fruit trees, very clean, big rooms. The hosts ara amaizing!! very welcome, nice and friendly. we ate there breakfast and dinner, it was very good.

Very nice in a super location in the valley in front of the lake. Good breakfast and nice staff. Clean room. We also did a horse riding tour which was amazing! Perfect place for relaxing and visit Vardzia.

We had the most fantastic time here. This place is a real kingdom with beautiful garden. Tsotne and his entire family are amazing and very kind, welcoming people. Breakfast and dinner was excellent and always more than enough food. I definitely recommed this place to anyone who appreciates warm Georgian hospitality!

Everything was simply perfect and the hosts food is incredible, all homecooked made with love. We even got to hear her lovely voice and connected through music and wonderful conversations. The location is as good as it can get. it closed to the caves. host don't speak English but communicate well. they have inhouse restaurant, it near the river, we really enjoyed
