Very bid clean and comfortable room with all facilities. Host was very accommodating, opening the gates after midnight when we arrived from the port. The breakfast was excellent. The location perfect, just a short walk from the centre and we felt very secure being located opposite the main police station. It was quet too. In short, this was terrific value for the money and would certainly stay there again. So, highly recommended.

New and extremely nicely decorated hotel. The flat is also very nicely furnished. The private kitchen is very convenient and was fully equipped. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. Towels, soaps and shampoo were provisies. Everything was perfectly clean. The air conditioning did an excellent job. The WiFi, with its own router in the room, was good and fast. Lovely swimming pool The owners pay a lot of attention to the hotel and are incredibly friendly. Even the damage we had caused to the ceiling, they did not want to be reimbursed. Excellent location, close to the beach and the centre. Parking in front of the door. Excellent price-quality ratio. Highly recommended.

Excellent and very clean apartment close to the beach. You can walk to the beach within 3 to 5 minutes. Also very friendly and helpful staff (the man at the reception can also speak English). We definitely recommend this accommodation. You can reach the accommodation by taking a minibus to Ureki and from there a open minibus to the road on the beach. Get off at Cafe/Restaurant Verona. The man at the reception picked us up from there.

I really enjoyed my stay! The host was exceptionally hospitable — he welcomed us warmly and was always available to help with any issues that came up. The food was another highlight — both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, with fresh local ingredients and a great variety of homemade dishes. I also really appreciated that the place is pet-friendly — it was so nice to be able to travel with my dog and feel completely welcome.

We stayed at Hotel Kvadrati for couple of days while touring around Georgia The place is relatively new and easy to find, with private parking and common space with necessary cooking and dining facilities. The rooms are clean and functional, not too spacious, with private bathrooms. The magnetic sand beach is a few minutes walk away down the main street where you can eat or shop for groceries. The hosts are very cheerful, pleasant and helpful people. Would definitely stay there again.

There were many dogs around the location which made our walking to the sea very difficult, there were many dogs at the beach as well,.

Clean and pretty cottage located in a quaint village overlooking Stepantsminda. The location is serene and rustic and the cottage has a nice, elevated balcony overlooking the valley below. Parking is available on the road just outside the house. The cottage itself has all necessary facilities. Supermarkets and restaurants are less than 6 minutes away by road and less than 15 minutes away on foot. For a short stay, it would be reasonably comfortable for up to 4 adults. For 3 adults, it is very comfortable and for 2 adults, it would be perfect even for weeks on end

The apartment was excellent! The Host Natella let us in early morning that was very pleasant) All the family is very nice and pleasant to talk with) The apartment was clean and comfortable to stay. Highly recommend for those who are looking for quiet place, not so busy beach as in the center and very comfortable atmosphere.
