Everything inside the apartment seemed brand new. The air conditioning was very efficient. The view was great. Triple insulation of the windows and balcony doors - glass, wood and bug nets. Full kitchen with all the wares that you would ever need. Solid internet connection. Ample water pressure - hot or cold, any time of the day.
