Stivachtis Villas is just an amazing stay. We had a lovely time and honestly had the best relaxation ever. The location is great, there are however a lot of stairs until you reach the shore and beach, which we didn't mind because otherwise you wouldn't have the amazing view and ambient. Going down is just 5 mins. Also, there is a dedicated parking area for the car, which we also liked because we came with a car. We had a room with a sea view, which I recommend because you can observe the amazing sunrise and listen to the sounds of the sea. The room was spotless clean, also cleaned every day and towels were changed every third day. One thing you must not miss is the amazing homemade breakfast! Really tasty and big, everyone should try it at least once! Served on the amazing terase of the villa, overlooking the sea and surrounded with beautiful flowers and trees. The Papa Nero beach is also close, 10-15 mins on foot, easily reached by walking down the shore. We really recommend Stivachtis Villas and would come back again.

The house was clean and actually looked better than the pictures. The view from the balcony was amazing, we enjoyed every minute spent on it. The town is not crowded and has a good choice of restaurants. There are nice beaches in the area within 10-15min with car or walking distance to the town beach. There is a garage where the guests can park right next to the house. Good communication with the owner. I highly recommend the house!!!

This is a very special place. The setting is glorious - peaceful and private. It is rustic in the best possible way and it is obvious that Katarina has poured a lot of love into the place. The private access way to a quiet and stunning part of Papa Nero beach made it even better. It has definitely been a highlight of our trip to Greece and we would come again in a heartbeat.

Our stay has been truly wonderful. The hosts were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our visit, and their warm, welcoming attitude made us feel well taken care of. While the interior may be a bit dated, everything is kept spotlessly clean on a daily basis. The views of the sea from the terrace are absolutely stunning, and the beach is just steps away—right before your eyes.

    To be honest, I don't know what I didn't like. Everything was perfect. Apartment is gorgeous, the view from the terrace is as you are looking at a postcard - perfect. Everything is so clean and smells like heaven.Mrs. Barbara, the host is one of the nicest persons I had an opportunity to meet in my life. The village - Agios Ioannis, as well as the all region of Pilion is like from a fairy tale. I am sure, whoever is going to decide to visit it, will totally enjoy it.

    The guy managing the property, Mondi, was very nice and helpful. Everything inside the apartment seemed brand new. The air conditioning was very efficient. The view was great. Triple insulation of the windows and balcony doors - glass, wood and bug nets. Full kitchen with all the wares that you would ever need. Solid internet connection. Ample water pressure - hot or cold, any time of the day. Location in walking distance of the surrounding beaches and the village promenade. Only downside was the final 400 meters or so on a steep hill.
