Uncle Johns Guesthouse was the best value for money hotel on the whole islands we visited (Skopelos and Skiathos), so full marks. Staff and owner were extremely friendly. The room and bathroom were spotless clean. The design of the relatively small room was extremely well done in terms of use of space, light and decoration. Nice common sitting area in the courtyard. Air conditioning worked flawlessly, high quality insect screen to balcony. Sea view :-) There was a small gift as a welcome. Clear recommendation!

About the place: - very clean (thank you, Mirela!), well equiped, stunning view from the terrace, very quiet, very close to the beach, to some of the best restaurants in Skopelos, to local shops, central bus station and walking to the harbour. About the owners: - Fotis and Nikoleta are more than hosts, they did for us more than we asked for, they are very cosy and with big hearts. We loved everything and we hope to be back some day.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! Our stay at this accommodation on Skopelos was absolutely fantastic! The studio was spotless, well-maintained, and cleaned every three days, which made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. It had everything we needed for a relaxed and carefree holiday. One of the highlights was the beautiful and private terrace offering a breathtaking view of Skopelos town and the harbor — the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or a peaceful evening. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming. They were always available to provide helpful tips, local recommendations, and anything else we needed during our stay. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The location is also great — just a short, easy 10-minute walk to everything: supermarkets, restaurants, the promenade, and the town center. All in all, a perfect place to stay with wonderful hosts. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Skopelos!

An ideal place for anyone looking for a peaceful stay on Skopelos! Beautiful view of the city from afar makes breakfast and dinner on the balcony very pleasant. The room, the whole building and the area surrounding it is well-kept and very clean. It has a small kitchen, enough to do meals and store food. The owners are super friendly, caring and informative. It is best to have a car or a scooter during the stay because of the location (30min by foot from the city center), but if you're a walker (like we are), you'll do just fine. The view and peacefulness definitely makes up for the distance!

Our stay at Spiros Rooms was really amazing. We stayed there for 10 nights in one of the downstairs studio’s with kitchen. We cannot be more enthusiastic about the hospitality of Gioula and the rest of the ‘team’. What they offer is truly hospitality to the max and they are so pleasant and kind. The whole atmosphere and vibe of the place feels incredibly good and everything is very well taken care of. They think of all the details, one day we had a little rain to be expected and they put an umbrella outside every room. Every now and then they brought us goodies like little pastries and homegrown tomatoes. And when you arrive there is homemade marmalade in your fridge and some snacks to enjoy. They truly take care of their guests! The room was very nicely decorated and has everything you need, also for a longer stay. The cleaning everyday was exceptionally good. The garden is a haven of tranquility and has all these lovely handpainted details. It’s a very quiet place, because it’s a 10 minute walk to the main road of Panormos with all the café’s, restaurants and of course the beach. Walking there is very nice, but if you don’t feel like it, there are bikes that you can just take with you to go around Panormos. We hope to come back one day to this beautiful place and kind people.     Agnontas is a cute little village with a nice beach and relaxing vibe. You have a café, restaurants and a supermarket next door and wouldn’t need to leave for anything during your stay. The apartments are new, spacious, cosy and super clean. The best of all is the host Lampros, who is not just making sure you will have a great stay, but goes the extra mile for anything else if you have questions or needs. Thanks for a very nice stay!

    On one hand the location was convenient, close to the port and the bus stop, on the other hand, it was quite noisy with the windows open, being quite close to the mai road. The room was quite small, but very well equipped, the bathroom was small, but the price was also very decent. The beach in Agnontas is lovely, moreover the villa is very close to the bus stop, wherefrom you can go to Skopelos port or other beaches on the island.

    The studio is very nicely decorated, located in Agnontas village in the Middle of the Woods. It is fresh and cosy. The house has a romantic vintage style. It also features a very nice veranda where you can eat or have coffee and Relax. The owner Trio is there every day to take care and help. Highly recommended!
