Maro, Maria and Meri have the perfect apartments for people who wants a quiet night and have dinner and breakfast by the sea. You can fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of waves if you want to. Have dinner there aswell, enjoy their food and eat and drink slow. The ocean is right next to you. We received so many mezes when we arrived and the meatballs were amazing. The apartment was clean, the towels and bedding smelled newly washed and like flowers. Except for the bed being a bit hard (I have a bad back) everything sas spot on! I will definatly be back. Thank you Maro, Maria and Meri. ❤️

The apartment was just metres from a quiet beach. It was exceptionally clean. The owners left us lots of extras like coffee, oil, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. There was a lovely porch with a large table and 4 chairs. The apartment is very well kept and modernly decorated. Many thanks to Joanna and Niko for their consideration of their guests. Like a well kept secret, Village is rustic but special. Very relaxed hotel which lends itself to a very relaxed holiday. Chrisoulla and Nicos are honestly the secret ingredients to this place and I have no idea how the business would cope without them!! Room(s) were ideal for our family of 4 with neighbouring front doors and a shared exit. Lunches were lovely

The property we stayed is done in traditional style with love and attention to detail. There is ample parking space, each house comes fully equipped, and a second-floor balcony provides an excellent space for reading, relaxing, or just star gazing. Very friendly, generous and attentive hostess, offering a welcome of raki and plenty of advice about the area. The place itself has some of the best beaches in the island, excellent sea front restaurants, and offers a glimpse into a still unspoiled , slow paced Crete far from the ravages of mass tourism. At the same time, places of archeological interest (e.g. Zakros), prime surfing spots and the exotic palm beaches of Vai and Itanos are all within reasonable reach.
